1. About this store

This online store is operated by Eyemoo Company (CR No. 7054138446, VAT No. 314749596100003, E-Commerce Authentication No. 0000342082), Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT where applicable.
• We take care to show accurate photos and descriptions. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
• If there is an obvious pricing error or a product is unavailable, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Orders and invoices

• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and an electronic tax invoice is issued to you.
• Any change or upgrade after payment is billed on a separate invoice, and any cancellation or refund is issued as a credit note, as described in the Returns Policy.

4. Prescriptions and your responsibility

• When ordering prescription glasses, you confirm that you have a valid prescription (preferably under 2 years old) from a qualified professional.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the power and details you enter. We may contact you to verify them before production.
• Prescription lenses are made to order, so special cancellation and return rules apply.
• If you are not sure of your power, we recommend an eye test at our showroom before ordering.

5. Payment

• We accept mada, Visa and Mastercard, plus the buy-now-pay-later options shown at checkout, such as Tamara. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers, and we do not store your card details.

6. Warranty and liability

• A 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects applies, as described in the Returns Policy.
• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or by incorrect details provided by the customer. In all cases, our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to EYEMOO or the respective brand owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Governing law and complaints

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
• For complaints, please contact us first by WhatsApp or email. We reply within 3 working days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies.
